Since FILCOM's founding in December 2013, we strived to give the best training and recognized pursuits to give meaning to FILCOM's vision and mission. 



Vision:To be a group of competent OFW professionals and tradesmen driven by Filipino Bayanihan spirit, delivering computer and occupational skills enhancement training to foster a sense of pride and competitiveness among OFWs.
Mission:To help fellow Filipino Migrant Workers as a group of competent OFW professionals and tradesmen, promoting responsible work practices through Computer and Occupational Skills Enhancement Training in order to have a positive impact to general society.




In April 2014, FILCOM entered into a mutual understanding and partnership with National Institute of Technology(NIIT)-Baguio City, Philippines where our trainees could take TESDA assessment with NIIT assistance if they so desired during their vacation or stay in the Philippines.

NIIT Baguio is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the TESDA and Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

NIIT Baguio is committed to be at the forefront in people development instilled with relevant knowledge, desirable skills and enviable attitude propelling them to maximize their potentials and improve the quality of their lives.

In September 2015, POLO-OWWA of Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah collaborated with FILCOM. The collaboration has been forged further with the Free Training Seminar in Basic Massage Therapy and other applicable trainings conducted by FILCOM for distressed OFW in the female ward of PCG-Jeddah.

In September 2017, FILCOM and Recoletos Industrial and Technological Training Center (RITTC) based in Cebu City, Philippines has forged a mutual agreement in empowering the training and trainees of FILCOM.

RITTC will assist FILCOM’s TESDA NC II Certificate holders for International Certifications and Recognitions under Royal Institute Singapore as well as to assess FILCOM’s Intel Easy Steps Digital Literacy Program trainees’ output and shall provide Intel Easy Steps Digital Literacy Program Certification.

University Of San Jose Recoletos – Recoletos Industrial And Technological Training Center Recoletos and referred to as  USJ-R RITTC, is a Technical Training arm of the mother institution, the University of San Jose – Recoletos, with a principal address at  Basak Campus, Basak Pardo, Cebu City, Philippines 6000 



RITTC is a registered and recognized Technical Vocational School by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA; appointed as Royal Institute Accredited Education Institution and Organization (RIAEIO) of Royal Institution of Singapore; and a registered partner of TEVSAPHIL and Digibayanihan in the implementation of Intel Easy Steps Digital Literacy Program in the Philippines.
